President
David Wowk is the General Manager of the Valleyview Co-op Ltd. based out of Virden. He has been working for the Co-operative Retailing System for 18 years at numerous Co-op's in Manitoba and Saskatchewan. David has a Diploma in Business Administration and Certificate in General Business from Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, MB.

Peggy Foy
Director
Peggy Foy is the Project Manager for the Virden Employment Skills Centre (VESC). She has been on the Board of Directors since 2008. As project manager for VESC she has partnershipped with the Virden Chamber to host several events, such as 2 Career Day Events at VCI and the 2012 Recruitment Expo. She grew up and raised her family (for the most part) in the Virden/ Oak Lake area; attending Goulter School, Virden Junior High and Virden Collegiate. She presently sits on council for the Town of Oak Lake (2012).
Cheryl Porter

I moved to the Virden area in 1989 with my husband and two boys and we have lived in Virden, Reston and now the RM of Woodworth municipality since then. I had been self employed in Virden from 1995 to 2007 and now I am a Constituency Administrator for Larry Maguire MLA for Arthur-Virden. It is important for the town to have a strong voice that is why I got involved with the Virden and area Chamber of Commerce.
Heather Skelton

Heather is a long term resident of Southwestern Manitoba, having been born and raised in Reston, and has proudly called Virden her home for the past eleven years. She is currently the Executive Assistant at the R.M. of Wallace-Woodworth. Heather is pleased to be helping promote business and tourism in the Virden area.
